Terms of Service

Services Provided

Sunshine Central Notary Services provides mobile notarization services in accordance with Florida law. Our notary public is commissioned by the State of Florida and performs notarial acts including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and loan document signings.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for presenting valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the appointment. Documents must not be signed prior to the notary's arrival. Clients are responsible for ensuring all required parties are present at the scheduled time and location.

Fees & Payment

Fees for notary services and travel are disclosed prior to the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and Zelle. Travel fees may apply depending on location and are communicated upfront.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee to cover travel costs already incurred.

Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Central Notary Services performs notarial acts as authorized by Florida law. We do not provide legal advice and are not responsible for the content, validity, or enforceability of any document we notarize. Clients are encouraged to consult an attorney for legal guidance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
